Exquisite Rugs is committed to your satisfaction. You may return any purchase within 14 days of receipt by following these rules:

Area rugs must be returned within 14 days from date of receipt. You must notify us within the initial "48 hours after delivery" time period to be granted return authorization. For return authorization, you may send an email to sales@exquisiterugs.com or you may call us direct at 1-866-262-0639 Area rugs MUST be unused (free from any damages), rewrapped in its original packing (as it was shipped out from our warehouse), and have a valid return authorization.

For all returns, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs (the cost of shipping returns back to Exquisite Rugs warehouse). In certain situations, customers may be required to ship the rug directly to the manufacturer instead of Exquisite Rugs’ warehouse. No credit will be given on shipping charges. For all returns customer pays the shipping both ways. We do not refund original or return shipping and handling.

Due to the amount of work involved in executing each order and the nature of the business, a restocking fee applies to returns. Our Customer Service Representative will calculate the restocking fee - which will not exceed 15% and varies from case to case - for the return of the item based on our initial order shipping and processing costs of the specific order.

Upon receipt of the returned rug and confirmation of it as unsoiled and undamaged, and confirmation of payment being made, you will receive a refund of the Purchase Total Paid for merchandise returned, less our Restocking Fee to cover initial order shipping and processing costs.

PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accept returns on customized, non-stock or oversized rugs (9'x11' and larger), except in the case of manufacturer's error.

We do not accept returns on Roll Runners, which are custom cut to your exact size.
