- Prepaid Ground Freight for Sample sizes = $25/piece + $5/each additional piece.
- Expedited Freight, Home Delivery available for additional price.
When will my order ship?
In stock rugs typically ship within 2-3 business days of the original order. ETAs will be given for special order rugs.
When will my order arrive?
Delivery times from our distribution center to its destination range from are between 3-10 business days depending on delivery location. *Please note, all delivery times are estimates, special order rugs, in particular, can take longer than the quoted time to produce and ship to our distribution center.
How do I obtain an estimated delivery date for my rug/sample?

I need my rug sooner, can I expedite the shipping?
