Shipping & Delivery Policy

How much will it cost to ship my rug or sample?

  • Freight charges are calculated in the shopping cart when checking out.
  • Packages shorter than 96” in length will generally be send via Fedex or UPS.
  • Packages longer than 96” in length will ship via LTL carrier.
  • If you prefer that we ship on your own Freight Account, or would like to request Will-Call pickup from Commerce, CA please contact us prior to completing any transaction, at info@exquisiteRugs.com.
  • If you would like to inquire about Expedited Freight, Home Delivery, or other options, please contact us prior to completing any transaction, at info@exquisiteRugs.com.
  • If you need to change your Delivery Address after shipment, please contact shipping@ExquisiteRugs.com for assistance.  This may incur a reconsignment fee from the carrier, which will be the customer’s responsibility.

When will my order ship?

In stock rugs typically ship within 2-3 business days of the original order. ETAs will be given for special order rugs.

When will my order arrive?

Delivery times from our distribution center to its destination range from are between 3-10 business days depending on delivery location. *Please note, all delivery times are estimates, special order rugs, in particular, can take longer than the quoted time to produce and ship to our distribution center.

How do I obtain an estimated delivery date for my rug/sample?

Our dedicated sales representatives will be in touch to confirm ETAs and delivery dates.

I need my rug sooner, can I expedite the shipping?

Yes. Expedited shipping rates will apply. Please contact your dedicated sales representative to upgrade your shipping method.

What to do when my package arrives?

It is important to inspect your package carefully upon delivery.  If there is any sign of damage, puncture, grease, fraying etc visible from the outside of the package, please A) note “FREIGHT DAMAGED” when signing the delivery slip for the driver, B) take pictures of the outer package damage if possible, and C) notify customerService@exquisiterugs.com for corrective action.

 

If there is no apparent outer package damage, then upon receipt it is important to open and inspect your package within 24 hours of delivery.  Please keep all original packaging, materials, shipping labels etc until you are certain that your rug was delivered in good condition.  If there are any defects or other issues with your order, including hidden damage, please keep all original labels and packaging materials and contact Customer Service immediately within 7 days at returns@exquisiterugs.com with details, for corrective action or a replacement.

 

Defect Claims will not be considered outside of the 7-day window from the date of delivery.
